About The Position

Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is scheduling interviews for its Flight Attendant Talent Pool, rather than for a specific opening. Candidates who qualify will be placed in the pool and given first priority when a future class is scheduled. Phone interviews are scheduled for November 3 through November 13, and in-person interviews for December 1 through December 15. Candidates should apply and will be contacted about next steps. Flight Attendants work aboard a 30-passenger SAAB 2000 in a fast-paced charter environment with variable trips and schedules. The role combines onboard safety responsibilities, passenger service, and operational support. Flight Attendants conduct pre-flight checks, brief passengers, secure the cabin, and handle in-flight procedures and emergencies. They serve food and beverages, assist with luggage, and help passengers remain comfortable. They also stock, organize, clean, and inventory the cabin. Schedules may change at short notice. Duty days are typically 4–14 hours, and the role regularly includes overnights and multi-day trips. Flight Attendants work with other crew members on some trips and may be the sole cabin professional on others. The position requires willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and to accept assignments away from base. The posting lists estimated total first-year earnings of approximately $58,000, a base salary of $46,200, domestic and international per diem, and additional pay per nautical mile flown. It also lists a minimum of 120 days off per year, paid training, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. FRE/ACE describes itself as a reliable and growing Part 135 operator in Milwaukee with more than 40 years of history. The company highlights a close-knit, team-oriented culture, modern aircraft and updated facilities, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. FRE/ACE is an equal opportunity employer.
