About The Position

Frontier Airlines Flight Attendants are responsible first and foremost for passenger safety while creating a secure, welcoming inflight experience from boarding through arrival. The role combines safety and security procedures, customer support, inflight service, and response to medical or other emergencies. Flight Attendants must remain prepared, communicate clearly, and take appropriate action in a changing operational environment. New hires complete 3.5 weeks of unpaid initial training. Lodging is provided, along with specified meals during the training week. After successfully completing training, new hires complete Initial Operating Experience (IOE) before becoming fully certified. New hires are assigned to one of Frontier’s 13 bases according to business needs and seniority, and may begin on Reserve after certification. Schedule flexibility and opportunities to transfer bases depend on seniority and business needs. This is an evergreen posting that will remain open while positions are available. Frontier is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer and a Zero Tolerance Drug-Free Workplace. Prospective DOT safety-sensitive employees are subject to pre-employment drug testing.
