About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Bay Ridge delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward sales goals, and engages customers through product knowledge and jewellery styling. The role provides flexible coverage when the store needs it most, particularly during peak hours, special events, and other high-traffic periods, while also supporting store operations. Schedules vary according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. Hours can range from approximately four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Applicants will be sent an assessment after submitting an application.
