About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time role supporting Pandora during peak business periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The associate delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward individual and store sales goals, shares product knowledge, and inspires customers to style their jewellery. The role also supports store operations and merchandising standards. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. Work may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability during peak periods.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
