About The Position

The Flex Associate assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates with executing client projects. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis, and the role reports directly to the Market Sales Manager. Associates execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately according to provided instructions while maintaining company, client, and retailer confidentiality. Work may take place sitting, standing, or walking and involves physical activity, including lifting, carrying, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and fine hand and finger manipulation. Shifts are flexible and based on store requirements, including at least one four-hour weekend shift. The position pays $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certification.
Valid driver's license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
Maintain automobile liability insurance.
Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and email.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Conversational proficiency in English, spoken and written, to communicate with customers and coworkers in real time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or carry objects or products up to 35 pounds, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance from another associate.
Ability to work sitting, standing, or walking and perform fine hand or finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper- and lower-body movement.
