About The Position

Anduril’s Technical Operations team supports deployed systems throughout their operational lifecycle, working with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Deployment Operations to sustain fielded hardware and resolve issues affecting mission readiness. The Fleet Sustainment Manager owns the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records and operational workflows supporting deployed assets. The role ensures deployed sites are accurately represented in internal systems, with current documentation, accountable inventory, and clearly tracked hardware and quality issues. As a primary coordination partner for Technical Operations, this role helps field teams use internal systems, document issues, and engage the teams needed to resolve them. The manager owns follow-through from identifying discrepancies through coordinating corrective action, ensuring records reflect work completed in the field. Success requires attention to detail, practical problem-solving, ownership of ambiguous problems, reliable process-building, and an understanding of how accurate operational data supports fleet readiness and mission success.
