About The Position

As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you welcome customers, guide them through the rental process, and help ensure vehicles are ready for rental. You contribute to a seamless, professional customer experience while maintaining efficient operations and a clean, organized front-of-house presence that reflects SIXT’s brand standards. The role combines customer service and rental transactions with fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, maintenance coordination, and documentation. The position offers flexible hours and a starting salary of $22.75 per hour. The schedule may include day or evening shifts and weekends, for up to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, direct them to the appropriate stations, and maintain an efficient flow and clean, organized front-of-house area.
Verify customer documents and driver’s license validity, assist customers in selecting vehicles, and handle vehicle exchanges to meet business needs.
Offer additional products and services, respond to customer questions and concerns, and finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts.
Process vehicle returns by inspecting vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; advise customers of final charges and direct any issues to the appropriate channels.
Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops, schedule maintenance, obtain estimates, and generate purchase orders.
Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags and entering them into the inventory system.
Oversee vehicle disposal preparation and ensure personal belongings are removed from returned vehicles.
