About The Position

Honda of Turnersville, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to provide an excellent customer experience. The technician performs vehicle repairs and maintenance according to factory and dealership specifications and time standards. The role emphasizes technical expertise, accurate and timely work, effective communication with Service Advisors, and compliance with shop safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Technical knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain vehicles to factory and dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Help ensure customers have a high-quality service experience throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Communicate technical information about customer vehicles clearly and effectively to Service Advisors.
• Comply with manufacturer standards for repair quality and timeliness.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate.
• Follow applicable federal, state, and local shop-operation regulations, including hazardous-waste handling and disposal, OSHA requirements, and the use of personal protective equipment.
