Fitness Manager
About The Position
UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a sales-focused manager to drive personal training sales and lead the Fitness team. The role helps members identify training programs that suit their goals, coaches trainers, and supports growth of the club’s fitness business. This is a sales and leadership position, not a personal training role. The position includes hourly base pay, commissions on personal sales (up to 15% on new personal training agreements), and a monthly team bonus when club goals are met. Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in fitness or membership sales.
- Strong knowledge of training, recovery, and supplements.

- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Sell personal training packages to new and current members.
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments, and follow up to close sales.
- Sell memberships, recovery services, and supplements.
- Match new clients with appropriate trainers and keep trainer schedules full.
- Coach trainers on selling, renewing, and retaining clients.
- Track daily results and lead the team toward monthly goals.
- Deliver a positive experience to every member.
