We have an exciting opportunity for a Fire Sprinkler Service Manager located in St. Louis, MO .

Requirements

Five to seven years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry.
Ability to utilize sales management and Microsoft office software is required.
Demonstrated leadership experience is ideal.
Prior experience working within the service environment is preferable.
Excellent communication, a high level of detail orientation, and organizational skills.
Delivering the highest quality customer experience will be essential.

Nice To Haves

NICET certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing service operations within the St. Louis district including meeting specific sales, profitability and new business goals.
Carrying a quota.
Ensuring that all service work and service inspections are being performed properly and in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
Oversight of service staff, problem resolution, scoping challenges, and timelines.
Collaborating with the Service team including our Service Superintendent, Service Sales and Service Operations team members to review current work and strategize how to acquire new customers.
Managing customer accounts and building Ahern’s customer base.
Responding to existing customer inquiries or concerns.
Conducting frequent customer visits in order to ensure progress on projects and identify issues and challenges.
Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to service.
