About The Position

Impact Fire Services is seeking an experienced fire protection deficiency sales professional to sell fire alarm and fire sprinkler deficiency services. This self-directed, results-driven position is based in Austin, Texas. The representative will evaluate customer needs, maintain and generate business by providing quality products, resolving customer issues, and streamlining customer processes, while interacting with a wide variety of customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Sales experience in fire protection, with a focus on fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience writing bids and proposals using Word and Excel.
• Ability to establish customer rapport, build business relationships, and close sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time-management ability.
• Ability to learn products, sales processes, and systems.
• Valid driver's license maintained in accordance with company guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Design or project management experience.
• Familiarity with project budgeting.
• Knowledge of the local and surrounding geographic market.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office tools.
