About The Position

The Finished Goods Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of finished products. The role handles products on tankers, railcars, meal trucks, trailers, and other equipment; obtains and submits samples for laboratory analysis; maintains paperwork; weighs trucks after loading; and completes and submits documentation to the scale/dispatcher. The position also includes general cleaning and compliance with company safety rules and regulations. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to operate non-CLD industrial vehicles and equipment, such as a backhoe, telehandler, or yard dog truck.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to meet the stated physical demands, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in loader operation and maintenance.
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Availability for either shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load and unload finished products on tankers, railcars, meal trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
• Obtain proper samples and send them to the lab for analysis.
• Maintain proper paperwork.
• Weigh trucks after loading, complete documentation, and turn it in to the scale/dispatcher.
• Perform general cleaning as needed in work areas.
• Maintain safety in accordance with company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
