We are currently seeking an accomplished Fine Dining Server to join our world, and we invite you to submit your resume for consideration. Requirements
- Prior fine dining experience
- A strong sense of presence, emotional intelligence, and an eye for detail
- Individuals who lead with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect, and who value a collective performance
Responsibilities
- Guide Members and guests through their meal with warm, attentive hospitality
- Maintain complete command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens
- Take Member and guest food and beverage orders, using salesmanship to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed
- Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond
- Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace
- Perform all routine and assigned opening, closing, and side work
- Provide attentive, professional, and welcoming service to an assigned section, assisting coworkers in other sections as needed
- Uphold the team's high standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance
