About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Servers to provide an exceptional fine-dining experience. Servers demonstrate hospitality, build rapport with Guests, guide them through the menu, and work with team members to ensure food and beverages meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to assist Guests and strong guest-relations skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality when greeting Guests and establishing rapport.
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Guide Guests through menus and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests’ expectations.
