About The Position

The Fine Dining Server welcomes guests, explains menu items in detail, coordinates communication between the bar and kitchen, and cleans and prepares dining areas. The role includes serving patrons from a chafing dish at the table, observing diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meals are complete, and completing assigned side work and special projects. The successful candidate embodies integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Fine dining serving experience and extensive wine knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pass a background screen and drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
