About The Position

Fine Dining Servers, referred to in the posting as Guest Service Experts, help create memorable and distinctive dining experiences for guests. They provide a range of guest services, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They help make transactions part of the overall experience while maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniforms, appearance, and communication. Other reasonable job duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves
