About The Position

The Fine Dining Server Assistant supports the Outlet Manager and restaurant servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and providing guests with excellent service at Lions Den, a restaurant at The Stoneleigh in Dallas. Lions Den is scheduled to open May 1, 2026, and is part of Chef Michael White’s restaurant concepts at the hotel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings promptly and prepare tables for resetting.
• Consistently reset service ware.
• Maintain the stock and cleanliness of service stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter to guests at the start of their dining experience and replenish them as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
