About The Position

CommScope is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Global Finance Team. This role is responsible for maintaining the global EPBCS/ARCS systems and supporting finance and accounting users. The position supports month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes; validates integrations with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BPC, and BO; and works with IT on enhancements, new solutions, and technical issues. It also provides analytical support to finance users working in EPBCS for management reporting and analysis, and support to accounting users working in ARCS for account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong technical experience with EPBCS/ARCS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues and support financial processes.
• Good interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to adjust to constant changes and challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, and BO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EPBCS/ARCS systems, including security roles, account mapping, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, scripts, allocation models, planning forms, and workflow processes.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support and validate data integration with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BPC, and BO.
• Work with IT to implement enhancements and new solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Provide analytical support to finance users who use EPBCS for management reporting and analysis.
• Support accounting users who use ARCS for account reconciliations.
• Maintain the EPBCS/ARCS system globally.
