About The Position

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), the employee begins by obtaining securities industry licenses through dedicated classes for the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. After licensing, they learn foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding clients’ complex financial situations, and guiding them toward advice and solutions. After reaching key milestones, they work in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions and provide client care. The Academy provides training, tools, resources, and support throughout development. Successful Stage I advisors typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio, with opportunities to advance to other roles at Bank of America and Merrill. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system, complete the required background check and registration process, and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination. The role is based in the Mid-Cities DFW market. The specific financial center is determined by business needs. The employee initially trains at one financial center and may then work in a phone-based capacity until another center within a reasonable commuting distance is determined, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, first shift, 40 hours per week.
