Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the automotive financing and insurance process, including securing financing, selling aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales team members to identify customer needs and offer appropriate financing and insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and rates for customers.
- Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding financing options, terms, and conditions.
- Review and analyze credit applications to determine approval or denial based on established criteria.
- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and documentation.
