Requirements

Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
Over 5 years of experience as an F&I / Sales Manager (FSM) in a new car dealership
Exceptionally organized, managing time effectively
Effortless communication skills with all levels of staff
Self-driven and thrives on tackling new challenges
Skilled at blending strong financial insight with genuine relationship-building to drive results
Stays cool under pressure and makes smart, timely decisions
Quickly understands complex information and turns it into clear actionable outcomes
Holds a valid BC Driver’s License with a clean record

Responsibilities

Set and achieve short- and long-term goals for the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, covering profit, turnover, product sales, and finance source targets.
Develop effective methods and procedures to reach objectives, analyze performance regularly, and adjust plans to improve results.
Identify customer needs proactively and provide tailored financial solutions aligned with company goals.
Contribute to budgeting, monitor variances, and ensure departmental financial performance supports overall dealership success.
Communicate goals and procedures to staff, uphold safety and company policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.
