Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
  • Over 5 years of experience as an F&I / Sales Manager (FSM) in a new car dealership
  • Exceptionally organized, managing time effectively
  • Effortless communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Self-driven and thrives on tackling new challenges
  • Skilled at blending strong financial insight with genuine relationship-building to drive results
  • Stays cool under pressure and makes smart, timely decisions
  • Quickly understands complex information and turns it into clear actionable outcomes
  • Holds a valid BC Driver’s License with a clean record

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve short- and long-term goals for the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, covering profit, turnover, product sales, and finance source targets.
  • Develop effective methods and procedures to reach objectives, analyze performance regularly, and adjust plans to improve results.
  • Identify customer needs proactively and provide tailored financial solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Contribute to budgeting, monitor variances, and ensure departmental financial performance supports overall dealership success.
  • Communicate goals and procedures to staff, uphold safety and company policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.
