About The Position

OpenRoad Honda Burnaby is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coaching talent, building momentum, and maintaining high energy in a busy showroom. This role requires someone who can develop people, drive performance, pay close attention to details, and manage paperwork efficiently. The company is looking for someone to contribute to their winning team and potentially become a future leader within the organization, specifically on BC's #1 Honda sales floor.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in an Automotive Sales Manager role.
  • Computer and software expert, we have the latest high tech software here.

Responsibilities

  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales objectives while supporting team revenue goals.
  • Provide ongoing training, performance guidance, and support to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain high standards in customer follow-up, vehicle delivery, and overall satisfaction (CSI).
  • Assist with deal negotiations, close sales when needed, and stay fully informed on product details.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and consistent adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
