Crowe is experiencing significant growth and is seeking Audit Managers with experience in Financial Services industry verticals such as Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. As an Audit Manager, you will develop leadership skills, gain deep industry insight, and cultivate client relationships, supported by executive leadership and your team. The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services and accounting/consulting on applying accounting principles, demonstrating deep specialization and dedication to audit quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
  • Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, & Fintech clients
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task
  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to travel to various client sites

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies
  • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position
