As an Audit Manager, you will develop leadership skills, gain deep industry insight, and cultivate client relationships. The position involves leading multiple teams, providing performance feedback, anticipating and resolving client concerns, and promoting new business solutions. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry developments and firm standards. The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services, accounting, and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization and a commitment to audit quality. Audit & Assurance is one of Crowe's largest practices. This specific opportunity offers full-time or seasonal work arrangement options. Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
  • Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, & Fintech clients
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently
  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies
  • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position
  • Supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks
