About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative serving members in Utah and Idaho. Financial Service Representatives assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening accounts, and consumer loan needs. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, at 805 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84404. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair appropriate credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations required by law.
• Participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
