About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Member Protection Consultant to help individuals and families explore insurance options that may provide financial protection. The role involves working remotely with prospective clients, conducting needs-based conversations, and explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. The company provides warm leads, training, coaching, mentorship, and a supportive team environment. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
