About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking a fully remote Services Associate to help veterans, union members, working families, and other eligible members understand life, accident, and supplemental benefit options. The role combines customer service, member engagement, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales. Representatives connect with members through virtual appointments and phone consultations, explain available options, recommend coverage based on individual needs, guide eligible members through applications and enrollment, and provide ongoing service after coverage is established. The position is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation may include weekly commissions, performance bonuses, renewal and residual income, and leadership compensation; earnings are not guaranteed and vary according to activity, production, performance, and results. Warm member leads are provided, and the role is not based solely on traditional cold prospecting. The company provides virtual onboarding, product education, customer-service and sales training, licensing guidance, mentorship, coaching, and professional development. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examination, and licensing expenses. The role is remote within the United States and requires a reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace.
