About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis provides manufacturing cost insight, planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decisions with guidance. The role works across HPLS functions and external partners to deliver safe, compliant, timely, and sustainable results during project execution and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, analyze information, document work, and collaborate across functions.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 and job-relevant enterprise or technical systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Nice To Haves

• Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean is required.
• FP&A, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems and advanced Excel or business-intelligence tools.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a relevant credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing, standard costs, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support financial planning and performance management.
• Analyze production costs, profitability, and key financial drivers to support management decision-making.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly performance reporting.
• Maintain product costing, standard costs, cost-center structures, allocation methods, and manufacturing cost models.
• Analyze price, volume, mix, yield, usage, labor, overhead, inventory, and capital-spend variances.
• Partner with operations and functional leaders to explain results and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare management presentations, scenario analyses, business cases, and decision-support models.
• Improve planning processes, data quality, controls, dashboards, and ERP reporting.
