Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist: Full Time
About The Position
Cascade Medical is hiring an onsite Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist for its Business Office team in downtown Leavenworth, Washington. This hybrid Revenue Cycle position assists patients with financial and insurance needs while supporting insurance follow-up, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and required reporting. The role helps patients understand insurance coverage, account balances, payment options, financial assistance, and available community resources, and works directly with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and reimbursement issues. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC. Cascade Medical uses a 30-step wage scale, and offer letters and wage determinations are based on years of experience.
