Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist: Full Time
About The Position
Cascade Medical, located in downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, is seeking an onsite Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist to join its Business Office team. This hybrid Revenue Cycle position assists patients with financial and insurance needs while supporting insurance follow-up, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and required reporting. The role helps patients understand insurance coverage, account balances, payment options, financial assistance, and available community resources. It also works directly with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and reimbursement issues. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC. Wage placement is based on years of experience on a 30-step scale.
