The Insurance Financial Control team is responsible for reconciling, monitoring and reporting related to Individual Insurance products and commissions. This role helps to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions from the Individual administration systems through to the General Ledger. Key performance elements include ensuring that all work is complete and accurate as well as identifying and escalating any control/compliance issues and offering alternatives for a solution. You should possess a natural willingness to support the team in the successful accomplishment of all objectives. You will strive to understand your customers' needs and support their requirements by setting clear expectations, and meeting or exceeding them. You will work as part of the team to develop excellence and support innovation while ensuring that the tasks performed continue to add value.
