About The Position

Our student and new graduate programs offer a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside. You’ll make a difference in the lives of our customers and communities, while building the skills and experience that allow you to grow in a meaningful and rewarding way. The Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM) Centre of Excellence (CoE) team builds solutions based on the Pega Platform and other automation technologies. The CoE provides enterprise level thought leadership for architectural, development and support solutions across Sun Life. The successful candidate will work within our Pega Case Management ecosystem to assist with Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of vendor invoices
  • Manage the delivery of small process improvement projects and ensure deliverables are implemented within time, budget and quality parameters
  • Take ownership of support/project issues and engage the appropriate resources to reach solutions
  • Be proactive by researching/analyzing issues, defining gaps and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Participate in our budgeting and monthly invoicing process
  • Assist our Security team with tracking issues and resolutions
  • Work with our partners to deliver our internal reports according to the established schedule
