About The Position

The Financial Advisor (FA) role is a three-year program with a forgivable draw. The advisor provides financial planning guidance and sells investment management solutions, serving TD Wealth clients with unique and complex needs. The FA reviews clients’ financial goals and makes investment recommendations aligned with those goals, acting as the central point of contact for client service and relationship development. The role helps clients achieve goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection while developing greater share of wallet. The FA provides a complete onboarding and planning experience to new and existing clients, including discovery, financial needs analysis, appropriate service-team introductions, required documentation, annual client reviews, and proactive contacts. The advisor manages client relationships across TD Bank, refers clients to Retail, Wealth, and other partners as needed, and develops business through consultative advice and referrals. The position is subject to applicable regulatory, firm-policy, licensing, continuing-education, customer-identification, and due-diligence requirements. The role also supports the broader Wealth team by fostering a constructive work environment, coaching and training Retail and Small Business staff on Wealth referrals, mentoring new FAs, and representing TD Wealth professionally in the community. The final job level and title will depend on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, and capabilities.
