About The Position

The Finance Manager (F&I Manager) helps customers secure vehicle financing while maximizing dealership revenue through finance products, warranties, and other add-ons. The role presents financing options and aftermarket products transparently, structures profitable deals while maintaining regulatory compliance, and works with lender partners to obtain financing approvals. The manager completes paperwork accurately and promptly, supports a positive vehicle-delivery experience, and builds customer relationships through service and follow-up.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I) management.
A proven record of exceeding PVR goals and product penetration benchmarks.
Strong understanding of finance laws, contracts, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Authorization to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug testing.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
Structure deals for profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Sell finance and insurance products, extended warranties, maintenance plans, GAP insurance, and other add-ons.
Secure financing through lender partners, submit credit applications, and obtain approvals efficiently.
Maintain strong closing ratios and consistent PVR performance.
Complete required paperwork accurately and ensure timely funding of deals.
Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, and lender guidelines.
Provide customer service and follow-up to build relationships and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to support seamless vehicle delivery and a positive customer experience.
Stay up to date with state, federal, and dealership compliance standards.
