About The Position

Herb Gordon, part of the MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a top-producing Finance Manager for its luxury automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. The role is based in a high-volume luxury dealership environment and focuses on F&I compliance, profitability, lender relationships, accurate documentation, and delivering a transparent, customer-focused financing experience. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
• Proven ability to complete retail deliveries and required documentation.
• Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and internet proficiency, as well as basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury automotive finance experience.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process while ensuring full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.
• Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently.
