McKesson•Richmond, VA
•$97,900 - $163,100

About The Position

The Finance Manager, Sales Finance provides centralized financial support across the AC business, strengthening reporting, analytics, planning, and execution of initiatives that span multiple regions or the broader sales organization. The role connects Sales Finance teams by developing consistent, scalable approaches to financial analysis and reporting, while supporting special projects and strategic priorities beyond an individual region. The position supports consolidated financial reporting and analysis, develops insights into revenue, gross profit, margins, customer performance, and other commercial drivers, and combines regional perspectives to identify AC-wide performance, risks, and opportunities. It also supports forecasting, budgeting, and planning, including consolidating regional inputs, assessing assumptions, analyzing forecast changes, and improving planning processes. The Finance Manager provides finance support for cross-region projects and initiatives, develops analyses, scenarios, and business cases, and works with Sales Finance, Sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes. The role also develops standardized tools and analytical approaches, improves consistency in performance measurement and communication, simplifies recurring processes, and serves as a central resource for work best performed across AC rather than separately by region.
