About The Position

Ford Greeley, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Finance Manager (F&I Manager) who aligns with the company’s core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The position provides customers with exceptional service and appropriate financing and insurance options to complete vehicle purchases. The Finance Manager also builds and maintains positive relationships with lending sources to expand the financing options available to customers. The schedule varies Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are required, with one day off during the week; the dealership is closed Sundays. Compensation may range from $8,000 to $12,000 per month based on performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dealership F&I department, selling financial services, or auto sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to connect quickly with customers in a friendly and cooperative manner.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deal creatively, logically, and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
Detail orientation, high-quality work, and technical expertise.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner regardless of their financing or purchasing decision or credit ability.
Submit paperwork to finance sources and obtain approval for financed deals.
Complete and submit all paperwork necessary for each vehicle transaction to the accounting office in a timely manner.
Collect and safeguard money and fees involved in transactions.
Help manage deal and cash flow in accordance with company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines.
Manage reserve income, F&I product penetration and income, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate monthly forecasting with the sales department and use forecasts to establish and meet monthly objectives.
