About The Position

The Finance & Insurance Manager at Honda Miami Lakes supports customers through the financing stage of vehicle purchases. The role makes credit decisions, submits deals to lenders for approval, identifies appropriate finance and insurance products, and helps resolve disconnects in the sales process. The manager works with customers and employees to build relationships, determine financing needs and payment options, present transparent pricing, process transactions compliantly, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The position also involves meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, following up with customers, and handling administrative processes in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases.
• Work with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present customers with a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Make credit decisions and submit deals to lenders for approval.
• Identify appropriate finance and insurance products for customers.
• Process finance transactions in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build customer rapport and create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Maintain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Handle administrative processes in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
