About The Position
Kendall Honda of Eugene is seeking a Finance and Insurance Salesperson to join its fast-paced sales department. The role serves clients throughout the community and involves arranging financing, selling insurance and vehicle accessories, completing related paperwork, maintaining records, building relationships with approved financial institutions, and ensuring contracts are funded or money related to vehicle sales is collected. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, completes work in a timely manner, provides superior customer service, communicates effectively, maintains discretion and confidentiality, and treats clients with respect. Work is performed indoors, with most of the shift spent using PCs and telephone systems. Occasional carrying and lifting of up to 20 pounds is required. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- One to two years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to complete work in a timely fashion.
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality and treat clients with respect.

- Previous experience in finance and insurance (F&I).
