About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is hiring a Service Receptionist to join the service team at Kendall Honda of Eugene. The service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The role focuses on handling service-department phone calls, assisting clients, and coordinating service-related communications. Candidates must be comfortable handling up to 30 calls per hour.

The position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Working conditions are primarily indoors and may involve spending up to a full shift working on a PC, standing and/or walking short distances throughout the shift, and frequent telephone use. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Requirements

• High-level customer service experience and a work history demonstrating strong customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate time management skills, a strong work ethic, and strong communication skills.
• Comfort handling up to 30 calls per hour.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Receptionist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field calls for the service department.
• Answer client questions and connect clients with the appropriate service advisor.
• Take messages as needed.
• Greet clients in person occasionally.
• Make outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments and provide service updates.
