About The Position
Jenkins & Wynne Honda is hiring an experienced Honda Certified Service Technician for its growing service department in Clarksville, Tennessee. The role is suited to a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values customer satisfaction, and wants to build a long-term career with an established dealership. Pay depends on experience. The technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs Honda vehicles to manufacturer specifications, including warranty repairs, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics. The role uses Honda diagnostic equipment, tools, and technical resources, and requires accurate, efficient repairs, clear repair-order documentation, collaboration with service advisors and fellow technicians, and a clean, organized, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Honda manufacturer certification is required.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining Honda quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive dealership service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Honda vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform warranty repairs, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Use Honda diagnostic equipment, tools, and technical resources.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document repairs and recommendations clearly on repair orders.
- Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
