About The Position

Watermark Auto is seeking a skilled and motivated Honda Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent automotive service and maintaining high customer service standards. The role requires communicating with service advisors and customers, following safety and industry standards, and keeping technical knowledge current through training and manufacturer resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in automotive service or repair.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic reports.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including work on brakes, engines, transmissions, and tires.
• Perform diagnostic inspections, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Follow safety procedures and company and industry standards.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and service recommendations.
• Update technical knowledge through training and manufacturer resources.
