About The Position

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson® in Conyers, Georgia, is hiring a Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee business office operations related to finance, insurance, and extended service programs. The manager sells these programs to customers to generate acceptable dealership revenue and profits, and cross-sells parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products. The role supports company policies and the dealer’s philosophy, works across departments with emphasis on Sales and Service, assists salespeople, and works in conjunction with the sales team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience within the finance department of a motor vehicle dealership.
• Proven track record with the menu selling approach.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Superior face-to-face communication skills focused on a high standard of customer service.
• Strong organization, time-management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct business office operational activities related to finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Sell finance, insurance, and extended service programs to customers to produce acceptable dealership revenue and profits.
• Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products to customers.
• Assist and support company policies and procedures and the dealer’s philosophy.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments, particularly the Sales Department and Service Manager.
• Provide supplemental assistance to salespeople in the Sales Department.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team.
