About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the Finance, Ethics and Social Responsibility course (ADM4355C) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course covers ethical issues specific to the financial sector, ethical decision-making, the societal impact of financial decisions, the impact of responsible investing, and the links among corporate governance, reporting practices, and socially responsible behavior. The teaching method will be delivered in person, but may change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Finance.
Must demonstrate recent professional experience.
Must demonstrate teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
Must have an acceptable level of education and/or experience that could be viewed as equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
Must be a Regular Part-Time Professor.
Must be able to complete all mandatory legislated training.

Nice To Haves

PhD in Finance.
CFA or CFA in progress.

Responsibilities

Teach the Finance, Ethics and Social Responsibility course (ADM4355C) in person.
Deliver course content related to ethical issues in finance, ethical decision-making, societal impact of finance, responsible investing, and corporate governance.
Potentially adapt teaching methods due to health measures or other reasons.
Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
