About The Position

The Finance Associate Development Program is a two-year, entry-level program designed to launch and accelerate a career in finance. Associates gain an understanding of RRD and the role finance and accounting play through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program includes four or five rotations that prepare participants for a career in Finance. Possible rotations include the Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Shared Services. Graduates ideally move into a Finance- or Accounting-related role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
General technical knowledge of accounting and finance.
Ability to apply general computer knowledge using Microsoft Windows Office or other finance systems to complete work assignments.
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Complete four or five rotations across finance and accounting functions.
Gain hands-on experience and learn about RRD and the role of finance and accounting through mentorship.
Apply accounting and finance knowledge and computer skills to complete work assignments.
Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
