About The Position

The Finance Associate Development Program is an entry-level, two-year program designed to launch a career in finance and accounting at RRD. Associates gain an understanding of the company and the role of finance and accounting through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program includes four or five rotations that may include the Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Shared Services. Graduates are expected to complete the program in two years and ideally move into a finance- or accounting-related role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
General technical knowledge of accounting and finance.
Ability to use Microsoft Windows Office or other finance systems to complete work assignments.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Excel.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
