About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners, managers, and employees, while mentoring and training team members. The role involves building and managing a personal book of business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting team performance in collaboration with management. The position is in-person and involves business-to-business and individual sales. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
