Field Trainer and Sales Representative
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock provides supplemental insurance solutions for businesses and individuals. The Field Trainer and Sales Representative guides clients through insurance solutions while supporting and training team members. The role includes meeting with business owners, managers, and employees, presenting coverage options, building a personal book of business, and mentoring new team members. The position is an independent contractor role with in-person business-to-business and individual sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.
Requirements
- Be licensed in Health & Life or be willing to obtain a license; reimbursement is provided.

Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
- Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
- Build and manage a personal book of business.
- Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction.
- Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
- Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance.
