About The Position

The Seasonal Field Support Technician sets up and breaks down kiosks at 29 local retail locations in East Tennessee. The role includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into locations, installing kiosk furniture and technology, and maintaining locations. The position is seasonal, with opportunities for advancement and a possible permanent position for the right candidate. The technician helps ensure locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards and remain clean and inviting. Work involves using hand tools and handling equipment, tools, and materials. The position requires standing, walking, and sitting, and the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at a time.

Requirements

Driver’s license required for those who are required to drive; preferred for those who are not driving.
Reliable transportation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at one time.
Ability to hold, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials.
Compliance with company policies and standards.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of computer or technology installation.
Driver’s license for candidates not required to drive.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and kiosk components using hand tools.
Meet deadlines to ensure locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
Help maintain clean and inviting workplaces, including removing trash, vacuuming or sweeping, and cleaning counters and glass.
Drive a moving truck and carry equipment into retail locations as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
