About The Position

The Seasonal Field Support Technician completes the setup and breakdown of kiosks in local retail stores at 29 locations in East Tennessee. The work includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into locations, assembling kiosks, and maintaining locations. The role involves installing kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and components, as well as helping ensure locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards and remain clean and inviting. The position is seasonal, with opportunities for advancement and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements

A driver's license is required for roles that involve driving and preferred for roles that do not.
Reliable transportation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit during work.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at one time and to hold, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials.
Compliance with company policies and standards.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of computer and technology installation.
A driver's license for candidates not required to drive.

Responsibilities

Set up and tear down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and kiosk components using hand tools.
Drive a moving truck and carry equipment into retail locations as needed.
Meet deadlines to ensure office locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
Help maintain a clean and inviting workplace, including removing trash, vacuuming or sweeping, and cleaning counters and glass.
Perform other duties as assigned.
